Mental Health Specialist- School-Based- Kane, PA
POSITION SUMMARY
The School-Based Program Mental Health Specialist provides behavioral health services within the assigned School District. These services are diverse and varied and include counseling, case management, psychoeducation, and consultation. The Mental Health Specialist collaborates with school personnel, SAP team, parents and supervisor to ensure quality care. The Mental Health Specialist provides psychoeducation and support to school personnel as requested, case management to identified students, and may participate in school in-services and student-related meetings as a MH representative.
