Dickinson Center, Inc. is a progressive non-profit organization with almost 200 employees and an annual operating budget of nearly $10 million.
Direct service employees provide services to adults with developmental disabilities who live in community settings which include families, group homes, and Lifesharing. Based upon the principles of normalization and everyday lives, individuals are presented with opportunities to gain and enhance life experiences. Services consist of supervision, training, and support in general areas of self-care, communication, community participation, and socialization.
