The School-Based Program Mental Health Specialist provides behavioral health services within the assigned School District. These services are diverse and varied and include counseling, case management, psycho-education, and consultation. This position provides monitoring, linking and coordination of services to individuals with a mental health diagnosis, in Elk and Cameron Counties. The CPS draws on personal experience from their own recovery to assist the consumers, using personal stories and examples. POSITION SUMMARY
The Residential Program Worker (RPW) provides direct care within the Community Residential Program. This program provides residential services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Elk and Potter Counties. The RPW provides daily individualized care to each consumer while encouraging independence, respecting personal preferences, and ensuring their health and welfare.

Behavioral Health Technician- Long-term structured residential (LTSR)
SUMMARY
The LTSR Behavioral Health Technician provides direct support, supervision and guidance to the residents. Directly interacts with residents for support of adult daily living skills, social skills, and behavior management. Activities may include supportive counseling, skill development, recreational interactions, crisis intervention, behavior management, time management of the daily schedule for residents, supervision of a variety of activities, advocacy, documentation of behaviors and information, and reporting of behaviors and progress toward goals.

The mobile therapist (MT) provides direct treatment services to children, adolescents, and families following family systems theory, social ecological theory, behavioral therapies theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy theory, etc. Approaches to treatment include individual, family, and group therapies across a variety of settings: home, school, and community.
