We are seeking a full-time Residential Program Trainee or Worker who will provide direct care within the Community Residential Program. This program provides residential services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Elk and Potter Counties. The RPW provides daily individualized care to each consumer while encouraging independence, respecting personal preferences, and ensuring their health and welfare.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
This position prefers an active driver's license and a DMV check that is clear. Position may require travel in the communities served or state of Pennsylvania for position requirements up to 25% of the time.
