SUMMARY

The LTSR Nurse assists with assessment of resident physical and mental health needs and medical interventions for the treatment plan. Activities may include health/wellness groups, medication monitoring, advocacy and communication of health needs and maintenance, medication administration, medication storage, and maintaining medication documentation information.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• High school diploma (or GED).
• Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse program to obtain licensure.
