This position is eligible for a commitment bonus of up to $4,000, based on credentials:

• $3,000 for candidates with a Master's degree
  
• $4,000 for licensed clinicians
  
Commitment bonus paid according to organizational policy and service commitment requirements.

POSITION SUMMARY

The mobile therapist (MT) provides direct treatment services to children, adolescents, and families following family systems theory, social ecological theory, behavioral therapies theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy theory, etc. Approaches to treatment include individual, family, and group therapies across a variety of settings: home, school, and community. Working in a team along with a behavioral health technician (BHT), the MT is the senior team leader and provides training, support, and supervision to the BHT.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience

1. Have a master's degree in a human service field.

2. PREFERRED- License or eligible to be licensed in Social Work or Counseling
