POSITION SUMMARY
We have an opening for a full-time Family Based Mental Health Professional in our Family Based Services program. This is an advanced mental health therapist position providing direct treatment services to children, adolescents, and families using the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy model and other treatment modalities.
Education & Experience
- A graduate degree in psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, education, rehabilitation, or a graduate degree in the field of human services plus; 2 years experience in a CASSP system program.
- Be a licensed registered nurse (RN) with 5 years of experience including 2 years of experience in a CASSP system program plus have certification by the Department's Office of Mental Health (OMH) as a mental health Family Based worker.
- A bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, nursing, rehabilitation, education, pre-med, theology, anthropology or a degree in the field of human services plus certification of OMH as a mental health Family Based worker.
- A minimum of one year experience working in a CASSP system, and/or an appropriate equivalent level of education and training as determined, and approved by the Office of Mental Health
Certifications & Licenses
- This person must possess a current and valid driver's license and the ability to travel
- Position requires enrollment in the WPIC FBMH Training Program
- Reliable transportation is necessary
